Cancellations

Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice should an appointment need to be cancelled or re scheduled.
Failure to inform us less than 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled will result in a cancellation fee of £45 + VAT

Call For Booking

Terms and Conditions

  • 1 hour minimum charge with half an hour increments thereafter
  • Payment must be made in full on receipt of the invoice
  • Fixed prices can be agreed either verbally or in writing upon request
  • Materials are charged at Trade Prices plus a 20% mark-up and subject to VAT
  • Collecting materials for non stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 30 minutes of the fixed trade hourly rate
  • Invoices are digital and must be paid either via our online payment system Stripe
  • Alternatively we can take payment by card over the phone
  • We do not accept cheques
  • We do not surcharge for credit card payment
  • All fixed price quotes require a 50% deposit prior to works commencing
  • All prices are subject to VAT
  • Fixed prices can be provided verbally before work commences
  • We do not charge for the cost of parking, fuel, congestion charge or ULEZ
