Every engineer is Gas Safe registered, NVQ qualified, DBS checked, fully insured, and carries full ID you can inspect before any work begins. There’s no call out fee, you pay for the work not the journey, and your price is agreed before any work starts. We guarantee our labour for 12 months, with parts covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
PRICING
0800 Homefix doesn’t charge a call out fee on any job, plumbing, heating or drainage. You pay for the engineer’s labour from the moment work starts, beginning with the first hour, so your money goes toward diagnosing and fixing the problem rather than the visit itself. If the fault is fixed within the first hour and no parts are needed, there’s nothing further to pay. Anything beyond that is quoted on site and agreed before work continues.
